1.1 Age and Legal Capacity

2.3 Account Closure by the Player

3.5 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on ftk999 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). ftk999 does not operate multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion fees incurred outside the ftk999 platform are the sole responsibility of the player.

10.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
